Registration Instructions:

  • 1 Click on the appropriate registration class button below and then fill out the PDF form that opens up
  • 2 Once the forms are filled out, please "Save As" an attachment to your computer
  • 3 Fill out the below fields
  • 4 Upload the forms that you just saved as an attachment in the "upload your registration form here" section by clicking "Select files" and then select the form you saved as an attachment
  • 5 Add any questions or comments and then hit the "Submit" button

To complete the registration process you MUST set up a tuition management plan through FACTS, and  return a completed Health Assessment and immunization records, by mail or email, within 30 days of completing registration packet.
